Kaleidibo was a new start up, aiming to sell wireless headphones and gain wide market recognition. However, they were faced with too much competition and lacked the necessary funding for marketing.

We began by meeting with the executives and determining the areas to invest in. The first area was marketing, so we helped the company carry out market research and invest accordingly,

Target
Our main task was to figure out the areas in marketing that required the most funding and successfully allocate the appropriate sums to produce the best result.
Solution
We started by meeting with the executives and carrying out market research. We pin-pointed both strong and weak areas and came up with a marketing investment plan that would guide us.
Result
The appropriate sums were allocated to the areas that required funding, and we were able to boost marketing and - as a result - headphone sales. Kaleidibo became much more competitive.
